EXERCISE OF THE WEEK - A shoulder exercise

A very basic shoulder exercise which is very effective when performed correctly.

Make sure you keep your legs slightly bent – this takes the pressure off your back and your core stays solid. It’s not all about your arms  and shoulders, it’s about posture and other muscles that keep the rest of your body still while performing the exercise. If you don’t have any weights in the house, use water bottles. Unless you are used to doing weights, anything between 2kg and 5kg would are fine.

With these weights you will not bulk out but will help sculpt and harden your shoulders.
